    The Benedictine Sisters of Our Lady of Grace Monastery are seeking a part-time Donor Information and Gift Processing Coordinator.  This database management position includes the following responsibilities: recording gifts and donor information, preparing acknowledgements, compiling reports and prospect research, and maintaining an accurate database. 

    The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and eTapestry or similar database management software. Highly ethical standards in working with confidential information are also essential.

    The Indiana University Foundation invites application for the Prospect Data Associate position. 

    As part of the Prospect Management and Research Team, the Prospect Data Associate will assist in administering the Indiana University Prospect Management Program to allow for careful coordination of fundraising efforts for development staff across all units and campuses.  This position provides information, reports and correspondence to Indiana University development staff relating to prospect management policy and procedures. The Prospect Data Associate will oversee all aspects of contact report review and prospect data updates.  This position will train development staff on the prospect area within the central database, develop and discuss prospect reports with development officers, and will meet regularly with development staff to review portfolios.     What book are you currently reading? I just finished reading The Night Gardener by Jonathan Auxier with my 11 year old son. Most of the books I've read lately have been with my kids.

    Favorite vacation spot: My family spends a lot of time outside when the weather is warm. We frequently go camping. One of our favorite places to camp is Johnson's Shut-Ins State Park in Missouri.

    Hobbies: I love to garden - flowers and vegetables. I also enjoy landscaping. Last year I created a waterfall on the hillside of my backyard.

    An unusual/fun fact about you: Before my career in fundraising I was an elementary school teacher in California.
