    The Development Associate is a part-time non-exempt position reporting to the Executive Director.  The position allows for 15-20 hours a week through August 2017 with the goal of moving to full time at the earliest opportunity.

    Art With a Heart is an independent non-profit organization seeking to increase equity in education.  We are champions for the role of art in and out of school.  We have programs for Pre-K through 8th grade and our clients are youth-serving organizations from schools to neighborhood centers, camp organizers and churches.  Our office culture is much like a family, we are a group of highly trained, highly motivated people who delight in bringing innovative, high quality programming to our students.  Most positions require a bachelors degree in order to operate effectively in the job and the team.

Apra Indiana’s mentoring program pairs researchers new to the field, location, or institution type with veteran research professionals in similar shops or geographic areas on a one-to-one basis. The role of the mentor is to provide information on resources, provide professional advice/support, act as a sounding board for ideas, be a confidant, and allow the mentee to job shadow, or do other training as negotiated between the mentor/mentee.     The Indiana University Foundation invites application for the Prospect Data Associate position. 

    As part of the Prospect Management and Research Team, the Prospect Data Associate will assist in administering the Indiana University Prospect Management Program to allow for careful coordination of fundraising efforts for development staff across all units and campuses.  This position provides information, reports and correspondence to Indiana University development staff relating to prospect management policy and procedures. The Prospect Data Associate will oversee all aspects of contact report review and prospect data updates.  This position will train development staff on the prospect area within the central database, develop and discuss prospect reports with development officers, and will meet regularly with development staff to review portfolios.     Position: Director of Prospect Research at Cathedral High School

    What book are you currently reading? I just finished reading The Night Gardener by Jonathan Auxier with my 11 year old son. Most of the books I've read lately have been with my kids.

    Favorite vacation spot: My family spends a lot of time outside when the weather is warm. We frequently go camping. One of our favorite places to camp is Johnson's Shut-Ins State Park in Missouri.

    Hobbies: I love to garden - flowers and vegetables. I also enjoy landscaping. Last year I created a waterfall on the hillside of my backyard.

    An unusual/fun fact about you: Before my career in fundraising I was an elementary school teacher in California.
