Earlham College is accepting applications for the position of Prospect Research Analyst in the Institutional Advancement Office. This is a full-time administrative position. Salary is $18.00 per hour, and includes a full benefit package.

The Prospect Research Analyst provides comprehensive research on major gift prospects to development officers and members of the Institutional Advancement team. This is an ideal position for a self-motivated, curious and focused individual. Using a broad spectrum of sources, this person researches, organizes and evaluates a prospect’s financial capacity, ability and willingness to give, charitable interests and connections to the organization.

Earlham College will enter its most ambitious fundraising campaign in July 2017, and research analysis will be essential in the College’s ability to attain the campaign goal.
