Butler University is seeking a Director of Prospect Development for Advancement Services who will manage the day-to-day operations of prospect identification, pipeline development, prospect research, and relationship management throughout the prospect development life cycle. Reporting to the Executive Director, Advancement Services, this position collaborates with leadership, front-line development officers, and volunteers on pipeline management, works independently on research and prospect identification projects, and manages a team of two (2) prospect development professionals.
